    AeroCore Technologies Opens Middle East Headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

    Patented one-hour foam wash technology, delivered at the gate, will bring measurable performance, availability and fuel efficiency benefits to operators across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. 

    RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — AeroCore Technologies, inventor of Nucleated Foam Technology™ aircraft engine cleaning, today opened its Middle East regional headquarters in Riyadh. From Riyadh, AeroCore will help airlines across Saudi Arabia and the GCC recover engine performance, reduce fuel burn and keep engines on wing longer in some of the world’s most demanding operating conditions.

    The headquarters will be home to regional leadership, engineering, technician training and equipment support, building local capability and placing service teams closer to customers across the Kingdom and the GCC, in support of Saudi Vision 2030.

    Designed for Gulf operating conditions 

    Heat, humidity, dust and sand challenge aircraft engine performance in the Middle East. Gas path fouling erodes exhaust gas temperature margin, increases fuel burn and pressures time on wing. Operators are experiencing accelerated engine removals and need a better on-wing cleaning solution. 

    AeroCore’s patented technology has been field-proven across thousands of washes on U.S. military aircraft in some of the world’s harshest environments. It cleans the full engine gas path planeside in about an hour, without disassembly or towing. Multiple engines can be washed at once, and all effluent is captured for environmentally responsible disposal. The process fits a data-driven engine wash program into overnight maintenance or planned ground time. 

    AeroCore’s commercial programs have reported EGT margin recovery of approximately 4–10°C beyond legacy wash methods, fuel burn reductions of 0.5–1.5%, and time-on-wing extensions of up to 1,500 cycles.

    Validated aircraft families widely operated across the GCC include the Airbus A320 and A321 families, A330 and A350, and Boeing 737 NG and MAX, 777 and 787.
